Hi, interesting article. Moving so many times certainly affected my sister and myself. We were always the new kids at school and trying to break into established friendship groups wasn't always easy. Then there was the different accent, we lived in Wales and Scotland and then back in various parts of England. School work was always different, we were always either ahead or behind in certain subjects and had extra lessons during lunchbreaks to catch up

However, on the plus side, I think it made us more resilient, independent and having met so many different people, I find it relatively easy as an adult to make friends. I wouldn't want to put my kids through the same though.
