As always if you have a money question you just don't want to put on the forum just go to Ask a Question and someone will get back to you in a jiffy.

Money, money, money.....

Banks going bankrupt, rising unemployment figure, house prices in freefall and interest rates at an unprecedented low. Sounds like a bleak picture, however not everyone is a loser in the current climate; if you have a tracker mortgage you might actually find yourself better off.

Regardless of your position, it is sensible to give your financial situation a regular health check. Although this will require time and commitment, you might find it well worth the effort as you discover how much money you can save by making some changes to your spending.  Keep checking back on this section over the next few months and we'll keep you up to date....

Oh and as you well know by now our Useful Links section has great information on other services where you can go for help and advice if you need it.
